Customer service is limited, with just a phone number and an email address buried in the terms. The FAQ section is basic, and their refund policy is strict—only credits for future orders if issues are reported quickly. I ordered 12 meals and was dissatisfied with all of them. The eggs tasted rubbery, most meats were unappetizing, and the vegetables were waterlogged. The pancakes were decent, but I absolutely do not recommend this service due to poor customer service and bad-tasting food.
I am giving this company 3 stars because my food has been plentiful and really good. I love the fast reheat time also. The biggest problem is their customer service, or lack thereof. You cannot reach anyone, no one returns calls and the billing # just cuts you off. I have tried "pausing" meals and nothing happens. They processed my cc again. I finally just now got "Michelle" on the phone and she was not a customer service oriented lady. She fought me on a refund, it must be escalated, even though my order is not due to ship until the 25th. I told her if it was not credited, I would have my cc company refund the charge from their company. This is why I never order online. This is the ISSUE.
My first delivery went well. It was delivered on time and delivered on my doorstep. My second delivery was delayed and left on the ground near the community mail boxes that only accepts paper mail. My third delivery was delayed and most of the ice was melted but the meals were still cold. My fourth delivery was delayed by 3 days. All the ice was melted and the meals were not cold so I threw them away. I called the Forkful representative and told my horror story ie: the delivery service multiple times. On the last delivery I was told I would get a refund. This was on November 20. On November 21, I received an email from a Forkful representative that within 7 to 14 business days I’d receive my refund of $98.19 to the original payment method. When the 14 business days were up, I emailed the Forkful representative and let him know I hadn’t received the refund and would he look into it and get back to me. I never received a response to a total of 3 emails. As of December 17, I have not received my refund. I called a Forkful representative again and was told they would reprocess my refund and should have it by Christmas. This has been a nightmare. I also asked to speak to a manager or give me a number I could call a manager and was told “we don’t give that information out. I was not given the chance to speak to a manager. What kind of business management is that?Update: Today on December 18 I received my refund.
Meals are absolutely awful. Bbq needs ketchup to have any taste at all. Another chicken meal had the texture of a drinks coaster. Couldn't cut it. Had to tear it. Not much customer service. Could not get second box cancelled in time although I certainly tried
Forklful meals are absolutely delicious, great portion sizes, high protein, clean ingredients and the price is right. What more could you want? I will continue to be their customer. Their meals make a perfect easy, healthy lunch or dinner. I usually eat them for lunch. By the way, their pork chops with apples and parsnip mash is my fave, how do they get pork chops so juicy?!
First of all the food tastes like cardboard paper. When you want to microwave it leave the windows open. The smell is really bad.Also the pretend they don't listen to voice mail. Anything to keep charging your card. Try another place. If I can leave 0 star i would have.
