bought an 80 pc russell athletic blanks bale ; 20 pc’s were not blank , with screen prints and embroidery such as ‘dogmom’ , university nursing and ‘womens medical centre’ on them . 10-15 were polyester sportswear type things 25 were XXL . and it was sent to the wrong address . the rest of the stock was really good . I will probably break even on it and the customer service was okay so Im giving them 3 stars
Today was the first time I've purchased from fox vintage wholesale and I wasn't disappointed... every item I received was in great condition and really high quality. Really good prices and the customer service was 10 out of 10 I honestly can't wait to put My next order in.
As the owner of a small business I was on the lookout for a new clothing wholesaler and having read reviews thought I would give Fox Vintage a try. Ordered a few items from their clearance section, box of coats and a few plus size RL shirts. These were pretty much as expected and described.I also ordered Branded Knitwear Full Bale - 50PCS. I was hopeful for this bale as the brands supplied were Eddie Bauer, Patagonia, LL Bean, Nike, Nautica, Izod etc. However when opening the bale reality began to strike that this was not going to be the case.Out of the 50pcs 30 were branded IZOD, with the rest mainly Eddie Bauer, 3 bits of LL Bean and 5 Calvin Klein. Unfortunately 2 of the LL Bean and 1 of the CK were scrap due to the holes and paint marks.We began processing the bale, weeding washing and steaming etc.That evening I contacted Fox as the longer I thought about it and read the description I felt what I had received wasnt a reflection of what had been ordered. Initially their customer service was very positive, they replied straight away, they suggested that it was just a bad bale, and offered me to allow to return it.I explained that we had begun processing the bale and some of the items had been recycled, so I would be unable to return a full bale. I left a factual review here and had almost immediate contact from a Director, who explained that these bundles come prepacked and they were not trying to shift a load of Izod jumpers. They compensated me for the poor bale and acted quickly and considerately to manage my concerns.I have ordered another sample bundle which hopefully will be a more accurate reflection of the products described
The guys at fox are the best I've dealt with. Nothing is to much. Friendly. Kind and it's not just a transaction with the guys there. The team at fox have helped me push my business to the next level and will continue to use moving forward. Always a pleasure!! Highly recommend
