I was unable to have my touch screen digitizer replaced or repaired and was advised to buy a new device instead, despite this item being mass-produced. I wouldn't recommend this company unless you're okay with watching your hard-earned money go to waste. It's better to choose a service that values customer satisfaction over profit.
Purchasing the additional software for my diagnostic tool was a complete waste of time. I wanted to specifically diagnose my braking and F1 systems, but after weeks of limited communication, I learned it wouldn't work for those systems. Very frustrating experience.
While the scanner itself is excellent, the lack of support is frustrating. I tried to log into the site for upgrades, only to find that my scanner isn't registered to me. I've sent in serial number photos but have received no response. Now, a $400 scanner feels worthless without updates.
