Disappointed

I was disappointed I did not get a response to my email query to you after plaing my order. I wanted the order to go directly to my son by email, but it came to me and I had to forward it on to him. Nowhere on your form to put 'purchase as a gift' and name of person other than the purchaser. His gift is in my name, which he will have to change when he books his weekend break. Elizabeth Cutts

Smartbox? Scam!

I'm putting the pieces together to sue Smartbox Switzerland Ltd, which will be done shortly. Impossible to get one of the promised performances (in this case, two tickets at the Théâtre de la Grenette in Vevey, Switzerland). Impossible to obtain any help or position from Smartbox Switzerland in Zurich, despite x telephones, x mail and x registered letters. This is too much! I had already made many disastrous experiences with Smartbox. This time it's time to act!
