Very difficult to use

I love the prices, but hate the way you have to book the experiences! The last time I used this, the system wouldn’t allow me to book online, I’ve got the code, presented it at the restaurant, the person then didn’t know how to use it, I ended up being overcharged but walked out having paid because frankly everything had taken much too long

Great wedding gift

A group of us wanted to buy a gift for a friend who was getting married but we didn't really know if they would like afternoon tea, or what their preferred restaurant was etc. I spotted the smartbox which gives various things for them to choose. They have 24 months to use it too. Ordered on a Sunday and it arrived Tuesday!! Very impressed with how it looks. Our friend thanked us and said everyone has said what an amazing gift

Hotel was lovely

Hotel was lovely and a really nice surprise. The hotel taking the voucher was no problem at all.The only reason I don't give 5 stars was due to the initial booking not being as seamless as it could possibly be.

Check the format first as the old one is better

The actual pages that I chose and designed for my book I’m pleased with but the process was much more restricted, the new format is awful with barely any illustrations/backgrounds compared with ;; previous books I’ve made, which also had a basic sleeve for the books but are not provided now unless you pay extra for a box. The whole process was much more stressful, and more expensive.

Smartbox is the worst gift I got

Smartbox is the worst gift I got! it's very difficult to book a hotel and get any positive answer even when the hotel has availability on booking and other websites. I don't recommend it to anyone!

It's a scam

It's a scam. Got given a buy a gift smart box from debenhams and it wont work. Call buyagift customer services and they said go to a debenhams store. Go to a debenhams store and they say call debenhams customer services. Call debenhams customer services and they say call buy a gift customer services. Try doing that and they're closed. Going round in circles. Waste of time and money. Will tell the purchaser not to buy them anymore.

Good idea for a gift

The “Fun For 2” one is a good idea for a gift but would’ve been good to be able to check exactly what all the experiences are beforehand. Also a pop up advert box for BuyAGift now keeps coming on to my laptop every time I turn it on and it isn’t clear how to stop it, which is quite irritating.
