Great for Christmas gifts when you don't know what to get for someone. Lots of choice and I like the 2 year validity-bought one for my son and daughter-in law Christmas 2017 and they just used it last week!

Presents bought at the press of a button!

Really pleased with this purchase, it made buying a Christmas present at distance very easy. One small criticism and it is small is that the print of the voucher is not very impressive. Bought for a gift the voucher is rather plain, it would have been nice if it was just a tiny bit more decorative. However none of that detracts from how easy the website is to use or how quickly you can sort a present or two!!

It is very difficult to book a hotel via smartbox, always negative replies. However I know that the hotel has the availability on the selected date by verifying on the Hotel's Web site.
