Review Time
I have tried to resolve this issue with Smartbox for months. We bought giftcards for each of our employees, but one of the giftcard codes seemed to be a duplicate between two of our employees so I have explained the situation in great detail to their customer service department and they came back with the answer that they cannot find the records for our purchases with them. They can only validate the one code that was used that I myself provided them with. This could have been a simple mistake on their part and they simply could have looked into the records of the gifts we purchased with them and let us know the two codes we requested, but instead they could not find the records in their system and now they have now chosen to just ignore me completely. I am posting here in hopes that they will see this and actually respond.
As always, the service and product were amazing! I bought the Smartbox as I wasn’t sure which gift to buy, and this way they get to choose exactly what they want. They get great choices and a nice long expiration date so they can get exactly what they want and use at a time that suits them. I highly recommend and will definitely be using again.The product came beautifully presented and within days of ordering.Thank you!
Bought the birthday smart box for my mum's birthday. Ordered it on Friday mid morning and it was delivered next day despite me not paying for the next day delivery. Mum said it came wrapped up really nicely and she thought it was a fantastic gift as she could choose what she wanted to use it for.
