I ordered around 10 fragrance samples from Fragrance Samples UK and overall had a great experience. One of the samples I received was the wrong scent, so I emailed them to let them know. Kerry got back to me very quickly, apologised for the mistake and arranged for the correct sample to be sent out the same day.The replacement arrived at my home very quickly and the whole situation was handled really professionally. Mistakes can happen with any order, but the way they dealt with it and the speed of their response was excellent.Really impressed with the customer service and it is the reason I continue to order from here time and time again.
