Get my money back. I bought it from Walmart. They have 3 month warranty but medicube has 1 year. They make it so hard to get your device replaced or get any questions answered. Truly you have to give them everything but your blood type. Awful customer service.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I regret not researching them first. I mistakenly ordered a product to the wrong address. I caught the mistake before it shipped, but they claimed they couldn't make any changes, even though it hadn’t left their facility. They informed me that if it ended up at the wrong address, there would be no refund or replacement; my only option was interception. Strangely, my package shipped just an hour later, and my tracking number indicated that interceptions weren’t allowed, which they must have known. Based on other reviews, it's clear they were aware. I've filed a fraud report through my bank.
My device suddenly stopped working, but after I contacted customer service and explained what had happened, they were very kind and took great care of me and my concern. About a week later, I received a new device. I truly appreciate Medicube’s professional support.
I purchased the Medicube AGE Booster Pro device and, upon first use on my face—strictly following the instructions provided in the user manual—I experienced numbness in my left arm and left leg the following day. After seeking medical attention, I was informed that the symptoms were due to reflexive inflammation of the nerves in both areas, caused by the electrical currents emitted by the device. These symptoms persisted for two weeks.Given the seriousness of the incident, I contacted both Medicube and Stylevana (the retailer from which I purchased the device). Unfortunately, neither party offered any assistance, support, or resolution—not even a refund for the product.I find this to be a serious lack of professionalism and, more importantly, a disregard for consumer safety and well-being. It is deeply concerning that a device with such potential health risks is being sold without proper safeguards or responsible customer service.
My first order of subscription (Red Succinic Acid Panthenol Pads) arrived quickly. After not being able to use it because of how irritated my skin was, I decided to cancel the subscription.In the email they sent out with my order, it stated that I could easily manage my subscription in my account--NOPE, the option wasn't there. I looked up their HELP page and the link also didn't work. In the end, I had to contact them via CHAT to finally cancel my subscription. I had to explicitly asked the agent to provide me with the link (since I wasn't able to locate it) TWICE or three times for her to give me the link. She kept telling me "I have successfully canceled your subscription." What gives?The company and their products are legit, but the hoops they want you to jump through to manage your subscription is sketchy.
Never received my shipment. They don't bother answering except a stupid auto reply. I told them it's been a month since it was shipped and they answered "it takes 7-14 days to arrive". YES, SO LESS THAN A MONTH?! Never replied after that. Going to get a refund through my bank.
Knowingly defrauding customers. I decided to return an unopened Booster device which the return policy says I can. When I contacted customer service, they said they cannot receive returns outside of the continental US (I am in Hawaii). They acknowledged this was not stated in their return policy which I looked at prior to purchasing. Not only does that not make any sense, they are selling their merchandise under false pretenses.
I don’t even want to give 1 star! I ordered on 21 March, tried to track after the shipping didn’t update but said tracking invalid. Emailed customer service took 4 days to respond assured me they woukd send new tracking number and that order had shipped. 10 days later no items, no email with new tracking number. Contacted PayPal as I suspected this was a scam to find they had set uo an automated payment subscription which I did not agree to! Reported to Paypal, avoid this company
The worst customer service. The don't have a customer care phone line to call so you'll never be able to speak to an actual person. Their email responses are slow and its a different person every time. Its been almost 3 weeks and my order never delivered because of their error. They refuse to refund me, instead saying it will ship soon (even though its been 3 weeks). Spend your money elsewhere with a company that has better reliability and customer care.
