Persistent and Unwanted Calls

Initially reached out through cold calls. I've blocked several numbers from this company and requested the removal of our information, asking them to cease calls. They even scheduled a visit to our location without our consent, which required us to intervene and cancel. A complete waste of time. This company seems to be the type that could face countless rejections daily and still believe the issue lies in not sounding 'enthusiastic enough' on the next attempt.

UNWANTED CALLS

Initially contacted us through cold calls. I've blocked several numbers from this company and requested they remove our information and stop calling. They scheduled a meeting at our location without our consent, which we had to cancel after reaching out to them. Completely time-wasting. This company seems to think that if they get turned down 400 times a day, it's just because the 401st attempt lacked 'enthusiasm.'

DISRESPECTFUL SALES APPROACH

We are a company with over 35 employees, and we are constantly pestered by individuals falsely asserting that our Managing Director is waiting for their call. Their sales approach is extremely disrespectful and wastes our time. Despite repeatedly stating our lack of interest in the product, they disregard us and call back a week later with the same aggressive pitch.

AVOID THIS SYSTEM

Terrible system—READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING. Steer clear of this company and the one behind it. The salespeople are very aggressive, pressuring you to sign contracts without allowing time for research into the companies or terms. They mislead you throughout the process, failing to mention that you're leasing the hardware and will be dealing with a finance company. They disguise discounts as rebates for a limited time, after which you face higher payments. You could end up locked into a lengthy contract costing over 25k. Although you can exit after 2 years, you'll still owe the finance company for another 5 years. They try to entice you with upgrades every 2 years, but you'll end up with another long contract without the promised rebates. After 18 months, expect price hikes and unwelcome surprises. If you choose this, you will be trapped in a contract and in debt. Thankfully, I didn't proceed despite pressure, and I'm relieved I didn't. Don't be misled by the 5-star reviews; those are usually from recent sign-ups. Check the 1-star reviews to find the true experiences. Also, look at reviews for both this company and the one behind it. I hope this review helps prevent others from this potential heartache. They aren't supporting small businesses; they are exploiting them.

COMPLETE SCAMMERS

Complete scammers—salespeople promise everything and fail to honor price commitments, even when I have written proof from the sales representative. The 'Customer Services' team simply ignores it as if it never happened. Avoid this company at all costs!

Another unsolicited call from this company. Their script is nonsensical, and they refuse to accept no for an answer. I politely hung up after requesting to be removed from their database again. Next time, I might schedule a visit and simply not show up.

This cold-calling company will not take no for an answer. They claim to be following up on an email regarding their system. No matter how many times I said I wasn't interested, they persisted. I eventually hung up and blocked their number.

ANNOYING COLD CALLS

Another bothersome cold-calling company that won't accept no for an answer, ultimately forcing me to be rude to get rid of them. I just received another call from them (the third), despite previously hanging up. They claim, 'Just following up on the email we sent, not trying to sell you anything,' but they keep pushing their product. If we were interested, we would reach out to them.
