Just Closed My Account

I just closed my account with them. I have a steady income, yet they lowered my credit limit to 200. If I want something worth that, I can buy it outright, so there's no point in keeping this account. It's odd how a working person can have limits reduced while others on benefits have higher limits. I’ll stick to my higher limit credit cards for larger purchases and won’t use this service again.

DISASTROUS SERVICE

I was with the previous company, and since the takeover, interest rates skyrocketed overnight. After clearing my balance, I requested to close my account, but they claimed I owed more before they would proceed. Fraser Plus Linked to Poor Service

Fraser Plus is linked to the previous company, and both are utterly ineffective. After returning items, I've yet to receive my refund. Despite providing proof of return, they insist I must contact the retailer directly. I requested to freeze interest on my account while awaiting my refund, but they ignored my requests. I will now seek legal advice. Avoid this service at all costs.

I give zero stars for this service. I transitioned from a previous company that was excellent and user-friendly.
