I have encountered issues with this disorganized company. I've tried to close my account three times, but the app resets, forcing me to start over. Their customer service is non-existent, leaving you frustrated. Their system appears designed to keep you in debt, with no support available. It’s shocking how this company continues to operate with so many complaints. Please report them and steer clear.
I bought trainers and opted for a payment plan, but they failed to deliver and didn't inform me. When I contacted them, I was told a refund would be processed, yet they haven’t refunded my initial payment. Both companies involved are unresponsive, and it seems they exploit customers without any accountability. It’s astonishing how they operate without regulation.
Had studio account for many years,then they transferred all accounts to Frazersplus. Never any proper explanation of how this system worked as they put you on a interest plan so much each month.I overpaid every month but the total was never reduced. My transferred balance from studio was £58.21,and I paid a total of £98.58 in just under 5 months,but my account was still saying I had to pay £10 something a month. ? You can only contact them by live chat (waste of time) or email response time weeks. Thier email replys are very confusing but hopefully I have now shut down my account,oh yes I can claim 0.29p overpayment. Rip off company
I have paid my minimum payment but it is not showing on my balance. I have tried for 6 days now and sent emails to Frasers Plus to no avail. The webchat is a joke and a total waste of time. They have abysmal customer support. I have reached out for 6 days and today I managed to get a response on the webchat. However, to my great disappointment, they still could not assist me but instead I was told they have escalated my query and I will receive an email. No time scale no thing. I said I’d like to make a complaint and again the same thing, I was told that my complaint has been raised and I will receive an email. I advised that I do not want my credit rating affected due to their delay. Again no positive response, I will have to wait for their email once they have located my payment. The agent Senamile was very unhelpful, showed no empathy and willingness to assist. I now want to settle my account and close my account. Thank you for your credit but no thanks because of your lack of customer service. My payment reference is SD7129 and I paid £306.49. I have a screenshot of my web chat and I am more than willing to share if it becomes necessary.
If I could give No stars I would! I was happy with Studio, but then changed to Frasersplus! Utter rubbish, payment system you can't understand, everything costs far more than Anywhere else.I over paid, in the confusing payment system, and they owe me £122, do you think I can get my money back!!??? Wall after wall they put up, taking details, then taking the same details again, then NEVER contacting you, so next stop is Trading Standards! DO NOT USE FRASERSPLUS!!!! DO NOT!!!!
This company is a scam. I open an account with them which says if you pay within 3 months no interest added. I spend £83 and paid it within 2 weeks. Months later I find out the full payment I made was not added to my account to clear the full balance instead they put it somewhere and put the £83 I own on 36 month instalments for it to accrue interest. Why will you keep the money I have pay in full and put the debt on 36 months plan for it to accrue interest. When someone own you and they pay in full you use it to clear the debt you don’t keep it and continue to charge them interest. I have paid over £84 and they are still asking for more payments. I contacted them and made a complaint and over month no one has bothered to respond. This is a clear scam. Do not bother wasting your time with them. When you find a company with no phone number to call for help it says a lot about them. Unbelievable. Am not paying a penny more with them.
Is not a surprise that has not nor even one star from 1 October I have canceled a order I have photo emails saying that and the amount in total was 352 they charged me with this amount plus another 320 fee charge ,they already took money from my bank account I don't have a phone to speak with them and I am just waiting to be removed the balance and the fee charge from my account also to be refunded the money that was took from my bank account for a order that I cancelled from 1 October and I don't have it how to pay and to be charged for something that you don't have and take more than 1 months to be updated on my account disgusting,disapynever ever again from them absolutely they worth 0 from a scale 1 to 10
