Unfortunately, I don’t speak fluent German yet, so I tried to get support in English. Here’s how that went:1-Used the chatbot in the app—it gave me a phone number to call for English support.2-Called the number. The person who answered told me (in German) that English support is only available via email, despite me asking in English.3-Emailed the address provided—only to be told that support is available only in German.A frustrating and disappointing experience overall.
Hate it wholeheartedly, been having a lot of issues related to additional services, i have a phone call about a technical issue and all of a sudden i received an sms telling me "welcome to waipu.tv!" this is literally SCAMMING in broad daylight. Also been having technical issue with my SIM and the only solution they offer seems to be a more expensive plan.Even tho they offer cheap prices, that's apparently at a COST, a more expensive one than i would've had elsewhere, never again.
