We stick with them as every product we have purchased has been really good value. Once when I had a problem Francis was right onto it and nothing is too much trouble. I was able to return the product and he replaced it. We are very happy with the latest iPhone I got from them.

Laptop arrived safe and well, and is exactly what I hoped it would be. The supplied charger was able to run the laptop, but not charge the battery (which was odd). A short email, with the relevant details, to recompute, and the next day a new charger was on its way. The new charger works perfectly. Great service.
