Delivery was incredibly quick which was fantastic. I purchased the electrolytes and unfortunately they didn’t agree with me. I had terrible stomach cramps, nausea and headaches. I diluted correctly as per the advice on packaging. Stopped using after 5 days. I cancelled my monthly subscription which was quick and easy. They might work for others, but sadly not for me.
The individual sachets and packaging are great however, unfortunately for me, the taste reminds me far too much of the lemon flavour bowel prep I had to take before my surgery. Ended up having to dilute twice as much as the packet said and add some orange squash!
Started taking these vitamins just over a week ago and can't believe the difference in my sleeping. I've not experienced a bad night since taking them. Great for menopausal insomnia. I have lots of issues with joint and muscle pain so think I need to take them longer to see results.
The product ingredients, benefits and testimonials are easily located. I purchased the Vegan Protein powder and Greens, yet no shaker or sip cup was given to me. After spending so much, it would have been nice to have received something free for this 1st time purchase.UPDATE: Freesoul are the best. After I forwarded the above comments to Freesoul, they sent out a wonderful surprise package to me. Not only did they give me a Greens Sip Cup but also a beautiful pink Protein Shaker Cup!
