Momento is very easy to use. You don’t have to worry about any type of passwords, adding pictures as easy. They do the editing. They are true to their word they do exactly what they say they will do.
I love everything about this service! It has been incredibly easy for my storytellers to use, and the memories I am receiving from them are priceless. 10/10 would recommend! Well worth the money!
After a major car accident, my dad's memory isn't what it used to be. We gifted him Remento last father's day to help him collect his stories and strengthen his connections to them. I just finished editing his book and can't wait to give it to him for Christmas. It's a relief knowing we have the stories recorded and saved in his own words for future generations to get to know him. I learned a lot about him in the process!

We got this for my father. An amazing platform and service. Very happy with the concept and the result. The only thing that could be improved upon is the way the stories are converted to text. There is a good deal of paraphrasing and I feel that personality and voice is lost in the process. The small idiosyncrasies of speech add character and although the text is mostly accurate to what was said, it can miss the mark in that regard. I would suggest an option for exact phrasing to improve on this.
