Good marketing which I fell for (once), but unfortunately despite saying natural and no nasties -the overwhelming taste of the chocolate protein powder is artificial sweetness - something I hate - and would rather have no sweetness. I thought that because it said no added sugar that I wouldn’t be tasting a sweet sickly artificial tasting product. I am sorry to say I think you are misleading people. Not for me and not at all natural (tasting). Lesson learned.
We have tried a few hydration tablets and sachets and they all fall short of the hype and marketing. But Free soul is the only one that actually work’s wether you are training in gym or a hot busy kitchen which is what we do and it actually works and keeps me and my staff hydrated and safe.
I've been ordering Free Soul's vegan chocolate protein powder for about 3 years and love it! The taste is amazing, the powder doesn't form any clumps when mixed into a shake, and the fact that it is vegan is such a winner. My 74-year old mother has now started taking it as well to supplement her daily protein intake.In the 3 years, I've encountered delivery issues twice (because of the delivery company or customs, not because of Free Soul), and both times the customer service was memorable: rapid responses, quick resolutions putting the client at the forefront of the resolution with either a refund or a new delivery within days. Rohini who handles the customer care is always very kind, professional and warm. I'm a huge fan of this company and their products.
My gummies arrived damage to the Package, understandable this can happen during transit etc, but the customer services were amazing, a few emails back and forth and they have sent me a replacement bottle without any hesitation. Honesty the easiest and most effective communication i have had from a company.
