I was charged £9.99 in April and £12.98 in May by Free Soul, supposedly for a subscription that I never knowingly signed up for. I never received any bottles or products, and the only reason I found out was by checking my bank account.Despite me repeatedly stating I did not consent to any ongoing subscription, the company insists I "subscribed" on April 29th and continues to avoid taking full responsibility. I have received no confirmation email, no tracking, and no delivery.After pushing for a refund, they issued £9.99 back — but the £12.98 from 29th May is still missing. In their own email, they said:We’re still willing to offer a refund — not as an admission of fault, but as a gesture of goodwill…”This is completely unacceptable. A refund is not goodwill when you take money for products I never received, through a subscription I did not agree to.I’m shocked this business, under the leadership of Arjun Sofat (CEO and founder), continues to defend these practices. I’ll be escalating this to my bank and consumer protection bodies if the issue isn’t resolved in full.Customers: please be very careful. If you didn’t intend to subscribe, check your bank statements immediately.
Reached out to the customer service team with some feedback regarding the new formula for the berry flavoured vegan protein powder. It wasn't to my taste which was such a shame because I loved the original. The team were very understanding, explained the changes that were made and offered to send me a different flavour to try. They responded so quickly and had a new pouch sent out the same day! Thank you Tia for your understanding and speedy reply.
I love all free soul products, have been using electrolytes everyday for a few months and have fuelled my workouts! 5 ⭐ Started using Greens, cortisoul and protein powder, also been great but not having a reusable scoop 👎 spoons vary massively in size and weighing all these products I find tedious so never actually know if i’m getting the right amount, I understand it being good for the environment but could easily be supplied with the first order and reused 💚
