I really did my research on ingredients, but clearly not enough. Free Soul have made such a great product and then written-off their hard work by adding Xylitol, which provides an awful aftertaste. I bought two pouches and cannot bring myself to have a 2nd drink. I won't be buying this again.
Ordering my electrolytes was easy and they arrived promptly. As recommended I dilute the sachet in 1L of water. I tried it originally in my 500ml water bottle but it was far too strong for me. It doesn't taste too salty in my opinion but has a very strong citrus flavour if it's not watered down enough. All in all it's not bad and I'm hoping I can start feeling the benefits soon
I used to drink the protein shake every morning and I really liked it; but then you decided to ‘improve’ the recipe and I’m sorry to say it’s awful. It has an artificial taste and I found it unpleasant to drink. Many have said it why fix what clearly wasn’t broken. Old formula 4 stars, new formula 1. I would have given 0 but they don’t have that option.
