I can't rate this company any higher! My order came promptly and it is the nicest protein powder I've ever tried (and I've tried a lot!) ... my (free gift) cup got damaged in the post and when I reached out to Free Soul, they were so lovely and resent a new one straight away (even though it was no fault of theirs). Their customer service is amazing and they definitely have a loyal customer for life in me now! A special shout out to Rohini, who was so lovely and helpful.
I love this company so much… I take the free soul greens every morning it’s really helped with my gut health.. I also started the collegen powder and gummies.. the staff go above and beyond when I get in touch.. not just great products but such a lovely team.. a customer for life. ❤️❤️Love Lee x
Incredible experience. I’ve been using free soul for a few months now - I highly recommend the hydration, protein and greens (mango flavour!). One pack arrived faulty and the team, Georgie in particular, went above and beyond. I had a new pack within a couple of days. I felt so looked after!
