I recently bought some Vegan protein powder as part of the Black Friday sale. The service was great, quick delivery and I appreciated the free shaker and gift - however, the Vanilla flavour protein powder is horrible. Really sickly sweet and it overpowers everything I tried it in.
Georgie from the customer service team got back to my email within one hour and successfully fixed my issues - I cannot express the love I have for this brand. The electrolytes, the PCOS supplements, the creatine - just everything. I've been buying from them for years and never gone wrong.
I switched to free soul vegan protein as im intolerant to milk so many other brands upset my stomach. I have no issues at all taking the free soul protein and the taste is good. My only issue is that the texture isn't great and very gritty even when mixed really well which is a bit off putting.
I have been using freesoul for years now and it has always been a good experience with them. I started with one product and now I’m subscribed to 5 haha! I swear by them to friends and family. As a cancer survivor, I’ve always done my best to stay on top of my health and this company has made it so much easier. To top it off, their customer service has always been nothing short of amazing!
