( Loved the wording on my sip cup box )The Multi vitamins are quite large but easy enough to swallow and the ' greens' . wow ! They actually taste like mango and not some awful dishwater I've tried from other brands before. The creatine takes vile, I try so many ways to drink it and it makes me gag all times, is probably me as there is so many positive reviews but as a creatine user I thought combining electrolytes and creatine would be good and strawberry and mango what not to likeSo sorry is just not for me at allThe vitamins are great
