Review Time
I placed my order on December 9th, and it finally arrived on December 30th. There was a complete lack of communication, and the tracking number was ineffective. Moreover, the air freshener I received has no scent whatsoever.
I just got my order, but it contains someone's family photos instead of pictures of my dog. I believe someone will be very disappointed to find a collection of white chihuahua photos in their package. The customer chat is closed, so I can't voice my complaint. I will not purchase again.
I ordered my air fresheners on the 8th with a processing time of 3-9 days. The tracking indicates they aren't even in production yet, and they were meant to be a gift for tomorrow. The live chat is always unavailable when I try to reach out. I'm really hoping to hear from them before Christmas!

They mentioned it was created and just waiting to be shipped. That was weeks ago. Support either promises to email back or ignores my messages. However, I keep receiving emails asking for a review—so here it is. My order was unsatisfactory, and I will be requesting a refund. I recommend avoiding this company unless you want to be disappointed like I was.
