A frustrating experience

It feels like a scam. I arrived only to be informed that my credit card couldn't be used because it had less than six months until expiration. I was told there was no manager available and that they wouldn't provide any written confirmation of this. The only way to resolve the issue was to pay for full insurance. Terrible service and a disappointing experience—definitely avoid renting from this company as they seem to be taking advantage of customers.

UNFAIR SCAM SERVICE!!!!! The company is now demanding an unnecessary international drivers license to use your own insurance, and you still have to pay 150.00 euros for their fuel. If you refuse, you must purchase their insurance for 160 euros. This is clearly a scheme to force you to buy their insurance when they know we already have our own. Please be cautious and avoid this service; the staff is also rude and unhelpful.
