Great service from start to finish. Booking was very easy and quotation, deposit and final payment were very easy to process. On the day David and his team did a phenomennal job. Finished in no time with excellent results. Would recommend 100% and definetely will use in the future. Thanks to the whole team :)
They were super helpful during booking. Their site has clear options and breakdowns and if like me you made a mistake while booking you can ammend quotes. Cleaners were incredible, very kind and thorough and did an excellent job leaving my new home spotless. They were incredibly responsive and I couldn't recommend more!
Nothing was fully cleaned. With the appliances there were still food remnants in the dishwasher, fridge, freezer etc. Hob still dirty, bathroom sink still dirty around edges, just to highlight a few standard failures. It appears that they hoovered and swept floors, and did a very surface level clean, but that is not at all what is expected from the service offered and amount paid. Have been in 4 rentals previously and know the standard of an end of tenancy clean, and this was not it! Steer clear! We didn't have time for a reclean as removals were booked for the next day, so no chance for them to rectify, but the idea of having a cleaner in is to remove the stress so even if we had had time it's an unacceptable inconvenience due to a poor service. Do not book with them, the reviews online must be for an alternate team.
I requested an end of tenancy cleaning and despite the pretty short notice, Sonia didn’t doubt to accommodate a booking for me. David and his colleagues arrived on the dot, they were friendly and very professional ready to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. I was very satisfied with the results so was the landlady.Highly recommended!
