Booked an end of tenancy clean with Issly and was a great experience. Due to issues with logistics we had to delay the clean by 24hrs last minute and Sonia in customer service was amazing and rearranged. David and the team came in and although some areas were challenging they carried out an outstanding job, far better than I expected considering the years of lived in space. They real take a lot of the stress out of moving house and I would highly recommend Issly to anyone. Thank you
Issly Task is great.Both David on the cleaning side and Sonia on the customer service side were very helpful.Sonia helped us out with deposit issues, pricing queries and everything else in between. Quick, helpful replies and was very attentive.On the day of the clean, David and his colleague smashed the house out professionally and was very well executed. Gave us a ring 20 mins before the end so we could have a look round and check everything was as expected and then left it spotless.We got our full deposit back and are very happy clients, would refer to all of my friends and colleagues across London.
