Very poor cleaning not an end of tenancy at all. It is surface level at best and reading the reviews depends on who you get. I booked an end of tenancy and the lady cleaned the kitchen to an acceptable standard for a one of clean not an end of tenancy. The rest of the house was poor, dusty door frames, fittings railings etc they only stayed 2 hours and over charged. The cleaner on the day apologised to me several times when I pointed out the dust and dirty areas saying her colleague was tired as had been a long day. Would not recommend and will never use again. I used fantastic cleaners for my other property - much better with the right equipment / spent over 5 hours and did a cracking job.
The cleaners were 2 hours late, we called the company for refund or reduction of the price and they said no. They were smoking and drinking on our balcony. It also took them 5 hours to clean a 1 bed flat. I missed my train, and I had to get the keys to the landlord late at night. It was very inconvenient that I had to change my schedule thrice during the day.The cleaners brought their kid with them, this I can understand but hoped that they told us first. On top of this, they did not do a good job cleaning the floors or the table tops. It was very disappointing.
Given the price for the service, I was left disappointed with the professionalism of the company. The cleaners were 2.5 hours late, which itself is disappointed, however on top of this the communication from the cleaner regarding the delay was poor and I had to keep chasing, no refund or compensation offered.Cleaning itself was ok but took a long time and for the price I was charged for a 1 bed flat and the service I received, I would avoid using this company and look for an alternate
David and his colleague did a really good job cleaning my flat!I ordered a "moving in" cleaning service as I received a new flat with a not clean condition. But now I feel satisfied and comfortable to move in after my flat was thoroughly cleaned :)Communication with them has also been so easy. Sonia replied quickly via email, and David is also a really nice guy and he listened to all requests.Would really recommend them!
David is an exceptional professional cleaner and knows his trade very well. Everything he has cleaned was left in a impeccable order with all the tub's, windows and oven shiny and immaculate. I would highly recommend David’s services.
