Fresh motors and particularly kieran have been amazing, from the initial vehicle request and the detailed video i received from kieran was all great. I arranged a test drive and there was no pushy salesman spiel you usually get. I was kept in the loop every step of the way with updates, the car was handed over in the condition I had hoped for. Fresh had made sure it was in great condition and even had to have an issue corrected before handover which was extremely professional in my opinion (some companies would of given me the car and washed thier hands with it). Overall, highly recommended if you are on the lookout for an upgrade or a new to you vehicle. I've only had the car for a day and I'm over the moon. Thank you 👍.
Absolutely fantastic as always but this time they all went above and beyond. Turned up without an appointment as was concerned due to a noise in the car. They kindly investigated it, found the problem and got us in for it to be repaired the following day urgently. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. This to me just goes to show why we keep going back, when you receive above and beyond service in an emergency. Thank you all so much for taking care of me, my kids and getting the car back on the road.
