The sign-up process was very unclear. I intended to register for a one-month trial but mistakenly ended up committing to a year. The customer support team would not refund the 11 months I didn't wish to pay for! This reflects very poorly on their business practices.

I did not agree to any purchases, yet I was charged for a year's service. This platform is built to ensnare users, and their customer support is terrible. They refused to refund my money, and I have received nothing. I am considering speaking with my attorney about a potential class action lawsuit, as many have been misled like me.

It's incredibly convenient and useful to have a variety of meal types and recipes available, along with online ordering. However, my separate grocery app no longer syncs with the meal list, making it less convenient than before, as I now have to manually add my food items.
