Review Time
I ordered some hair loss products that costed 118 Euro in total. They did not arrive. After reporting the problem Fruugo customer service found out that the package was lost and said they would issue refund. The refund has not arrived either. It has been over 2 months now. I wrote them 3-4 times and they no longer reply. I guess this is a scam and would not recommend using that website to anyone.Update: They responded to respond to the customer care but no one has contacted me or answered my emails.
Why would you order from here? They just put a hefty premium handling price on top of the goods and then redirect the order to those chinese companies that you could order directly from anyway like from aliexpress with a fraction of the price and hardly no posting & packaging!
"Free Shipping" was 23.99 eurosI bought two items and it clearly stated "Free Shipping" but now it shows 23.99 euros for shipping. I can make a mistake once, but I won´t do the same mistake twice with Fruugo.The supplier gave a 20% discount off the 24 euro shipment fee to "cover their fault" so now I only need to pay 19 euros for a "Free Shipping. Thats value!
