Very disappointed with the service

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered a costume for my son’s birthday on August 3rd. I have not yet received it and his birthday is around the corner. When trying to submit the feedback, it gives error on the website. There is no other way to get in contact with someone to help either sort out or refund the order. This is not an ok customer service.
