This service is not reliable. I attempted to cancel my subscription as soon as I realized it was a scam, but they keep charging me. When I reach out to customer support, they claim I don't have an active subscription. I'm left with no option but to keep contacting my financial institution for refunds. I just want this to end.

Simply scraping public information and creating narratives from it is something anyone could do more effectively. I can provide more accurate insights myself. It's a waste of money since you don't actually uncover anything. It would have been slightly better if you showed the most frequent or recent contacts with timely follow-ups, but there's none of that information.
I honestly want my money back. I ran a report on someone I know to test the service. I also paid for a report elsewhere that cost me $1, allowing me to run multiple reports within a few days. The results from the other service were more thorough and accurate. I was extremely disappointed with the findings here, especially since I chose someone with easily traceable profiles, yet not a single one was found. The main email address wasn't even included, and I had to add it myself. Overall, overpriced and underwhelming.
I had a fantastic experience with this service! From beginning to end, everything felt seamless, considerate, and genuinely focused on the customer. The team was prompt, friendly, and clearly dedicated to ensuring everything was done correctly, rather than just going through the motions.
The report was inadequate as there was no option to add essential details such as an address or phone number at the beginning, leading to a report for the wrong person. A total waste of time and money. I will not use these services again and will advise others against it.
