Pay later travel is extremely convenient, affordable and the customer service is the best. No hidden fees or confusion! The best part is if your unable to use services like affirm for whatever reason, pay later has their own payment program that doesn’t require hard credit checks or approvals! Just a down payment followed by weekly or biweekly installments! So grateful to you all for making travel possible for our family!
My experience with PayLater Travel has been extremely stressful, disappointing, and exhausting.
After entering a payment plan for a flight, I became medically unable to travel and immediately notified the agency. I offered to provide medical documentation and asked for assistance or reasonable alternatives. Instead of support or transparency, I repeatedly received delays, incomplete answers, and refusals to provide basic booking information.
Despite multiple requests, I was not given my official airline PNR or e-ticket number, which prevented me from independently verifying my reservation or speaking directly with WestJet about my own travel situation. As the passenger whose name is on the ticket, this lack of access to essential booking details was extremely frustrating.
Communication has been inconsistent, promised call times were missed, and important questions often went unanswered. Being told that booking information would only be released after completing full payment — even while I am medically unable to travel — felt unfair and left me with very little confidence in the process.
Anyone considering PayLater Travel should carefully review every contract term and fully understand cancellation rules, payment obligations, and what level of control you will actually have over your own airline reservation if unexpected circumstances happen.
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution.
So I don't really go on site to book my tickets but I thought I'll give it a go , yes it was easy and very easy to pay off , only problem is when I try to download my E-ticket but had difficultyso of course i panic and thinking it's a scam but I try contacting them and Vin was such a help he just confirmed my details and sent me the e-ticket straight away on the link and email so yes do give this a try and don't panic what I did 😅

Giving us the option with the time provided to pay when we can. I paid off my ticket about 4 months early. You gave me a receipt after every payment and told me what number of the installment was remaining. I googled this site first and read other reviews. I know how powerful reviews are and this site is legit.
The 5 star rating for Rizzah, very helpful and gave me answers I needed after trying to get in contact with support crew and only got very delayed responses, weeks and days at a time. Thanks Rizzah for giving me much needed answers
The team were amazing, they did everything possible to get me the best flight on the actual date that I wanted. Especially Bejay, he was so patient, understanding, and helpful. He resolved my issue with ease and assurance.

She was absolutely amazing she answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and gave me clear options to move forward. This experience has definitely made me want to continue booking with them, and I’ll happily recommend Pay Later Travel to my family and friends.
Pay Later overall is great to work with and I use them often for almost all of my international trips. I needed to make changes to my most recent flight and DOreen was able to make that happen after gooign back and forth for 2 days with other reps. I am so grateful!
Our flight was changed by the airline, bringing our return flights forward by 24h, so using the online chat, we were able to request a change that suits our itinerary.
Rica was so helpful, gave clear direction on staying connected whilst looking into the issue, and handled our request to change the flight quickly.
We await the confirmation email from the airline, and look forward to our holiday.
