Do not trust fruugo. I ordered a parcel but I cancelled the order before tracking id created. I ask for refund and they said they can not cancel . I have to receive and then cancel then they will refund money. When parcel arrived I refuse to receive and ask the delivery company to return back. After that fruugo sending me message again and again that after I receive the parcel then Only I can cancel order. When I received package and ask for cancel order and refund . they send me address of china to send it back. They don't provide return facility. Thay said you have to return parcel by post. When I check postage charges it is double than my purchase item. They are very clever. They say recive and return and then they will refund money. It is like if you want to get refund of €30 you have to pay €60. And they don't provide return facility. And without resolving problem they close your request . so think before you buy from them .
Now when the spare part for my car is missing my car cannot be used on public roads after few days. I am without car --> it cause great difficulties for me. I am utmost dissatisfied for your unreliable servce. I will never use Frugo again and advice all my friends not to use Frugo ever.
