This service is completely unreliable, costing me around £400 to store seven boxes for three months. I paid for a specific delivery date, taking time off work, but they failed to show up. I finally got my belongings a week later, and several items were damaged despite being bubble-wrapped. I've been trying to get compensation for months, only to receive responses like 'we're still processing this request' or being ignored. It's been a truly frustrating experience; I strongly advise against using this service, especially for students who have already spent too much money under the false impression of affordability. Please be cautious with this service.
Very satisfied. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but the service was highly efficient. A great individual arrived to collect all my items and take them to storage. I was able to schedule everything and have it collected within 24 hours. Thank you!
Numerous hidden charges. The collection was fine, but retrieving your boxes costs £15 each. Additionally, there's another £20 drop-off fee on the day. Each box also incurs an extra £10 for 'packing materials' during the initial booking. While the service is decent, there are better storage options available for less.
