Frustrating Experience with Incorrect Orders

I ordered a ceramic microwave kiln but mistakenly clicked the wrong option and ended up ordering a glass jewelry kiln instead (my error). I quickly canceled the incorrect order, but all my attempts to communicate were fruitless. They refused to acknowledge that I had two items and only wanted one, despite sending multiple emails with details. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept sending back the same responses without any understanding. The jewelry kiln has now arrived, costing me 77 Euros, while the ceramic kiln I actually wanted has not shown up. Instead, I received a box with 50 paper/plastic circles that I have no use for! I get that there might be translation issues when items come from overseas, but this situation was incredibly frustrating and ended up costing me over 100 Euros for things I didn't want. I can only advise caution, despite the many positive reviews I’ve seen.
