Long delivery, initial response was quick but lacked follow-up

The delivery took a long time, but the service did respond promptly and attempted to expedite the process. However, the embroidered garments we received were unwearable. The stabilizing backing over the embroidery is excessively thick, scratchy, and uncomfortable. They are unsuitable for use, making them impossible to wear due to discomfort. After raising a complaint, the support team ceased communication and provided no resolution. I am very disappointed and feel that it was a complete waste of money.

Avoid this service at all costs.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this service is appalling. Don't waste your time or money. I placed an order in August, and now it's January, yet my order still hasn't arrived. They make false promises and refuse to issue a refund. I had to give 1 star because there isn't an option for a lower rating.

Frustrating Experience with Delayed Order

I have been patient, but unfortunately, my last email has gone unanswered. I placed my order on November 6th with a stated lead time of 20 business days. It's now well past that, and there's no indication of when the items will arrive, especially with Christmas approaching. As a business, this wait for workwear is unreasonably long. I ordered from another supplier on the same day, and their items have already arrived. Please update your website with accurate lead times as this is very misleading. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me regarding my refund.

Extremely disappointed with the service!

I would not recommend this company! We missed our launch event due to a delay in receiving our branded clothing. Customer service did not reach out to explain the situation. It was only after I requested to cancel the order that I received a phone call with an apology, an offer of free items, and a promise that it would be shipped the next day with tracking information. However, no tracking details were ever provided, and the parcel did not arrive as promised. I had to contact the company again, and all I received was an apology for the delay. Meanwhile, I got an automated email asking for feedback on my purchase! The parcel finally arrived two weeks later, but it didn’t include the promised free items. Overall, I feel let down and disappointed.

Absolute shit show from start to…

Absolute shit show from start to finish, order took ages to turn up , after chasing them for 3 weeks and being told each time a different excuse.. order finally arrived and it isn't what I sent them! So waiting ages just to be palmed of with done shit quality clothing that doesn't represent my company properly! Avoid at all cost !

8 months and nothing

I've ordered and paid for about £390 worth of workwear. 8 months later I dont have anything from them, they tell me its an unexpected delay. Ive asked for my money back but they refer me to some daft policy that isn't legal. Their customers service would rather chastise you for sending emails as opposed to doing their job. Advice: stay well clear of this mob. Pay the extra and get your stuff from a proper company.
