I pay well over a hundred dollars for service and when I want to watch one of the movies. I get 6 commercials every 10 minutes. Ridiculous dropping them at end of the month

FUBO really tries to fix any issues that arise.

Just because there may be a glitch from time to time dont give up. Fubo supervisors will get it fixed. Andrew V ( supervisor) who helped me was very patient, professional, supportive and efficient. He got the job done!!

I was unable to sign into my FUBO…

I was unable to sign into my FUBO account, probably because I screwed something up earlier. When I tried to resolve this I was asked to enter my password. It didnt work so I said I'd forgotten my password. Google gave me a new password which didn't work. Several times. I tried the chat but eventually was not able to input my phone #. I tried a new chat at least once and eventually got your phone number. i called and the representative fixed me in 5 minutes. You get an F for customer service until the lady fixed me.

FUBO service is inferior

FUBO service is inferior. By far the worst provider I have used to date. If you like constantly logging into a TV you use regularly, (especially when you want to see it immediately), this service is for you!! Enjoy!

Stopped the suspension of subscription option.

They don’t allow you to suspend your subscription during the offseason for the premier league anymore. They disabled the option on May 12 2025, I am guessing to hold on to customers. You can cancel but you lose all saved videos. Ridiculous the levels companies now go to, to try and hold on to customers. I am so tempted to get an IPTV box and cancel my subscription for good.

Finally!!!

As I stated before, after speaking to 4 different agents over the course of more than a week, (5/21-5/29) someone finally figured out how to fix the problem with the system that wouldn't allow me to update my payment information. I tried many times on line and was told twice that a team manager would contact me. It never happened. Patrick was finally able to get it cleared and my payment was made.
