It was difficult to find a solution through the website. After logging in, instead of taking me to my account I was always taken to a page that asked me to upgrade my subscription. Once I was able to talk to an agent, it was super easy to communicate my request, and he was able to help me quickly
I was charged for a subscription that wasn’t authorized. Fubo customer service rep, Nick, did a phenomenal job understanding the issue and taking care of the issue in a timely manner. I didn’t have to plead my case. A total of four emails between Nick and myself. Bam, issue resolved and fubu has a returning customer in the future thanks to Nicks professionalism.Cheers!
Worst Company Ever. Being in Canada Fubo led me to Believe that they Would be Broadcasting the Nascar Craftsmen Truck Series. Started a 7 Day Free Trial which turned out not to be Free. There were no Craftmen Truck Series Broadcasted due to Area Restictions. This was not visible prior as viewing the schedule required a Credit Card Paid Subscription which was to be a Free Trial. Cancelled next day. Chat will some AI assistant which was useless, No Refund or answer was available. Fubo Bandits
I access Fubo via Starlink. Oftentimes, the location of the Starlink gateway is hundreds of miles from where I'm actually situated. This can result in not getting my local news, but also not getting the sports I got Fubo for due to league blackout restrictions.Fubo has been very easy to work with, making location adjustments so that I get the stations I signed up for.
I signed up for the 7 day free trial. I was told I would be notified when the trial was up so I could decide if I wanted to subscribe. I got the notification but no mention of how to cancel. Luckily my credit card was locked and they didn't get a dime! Fubo is garbage!!

First I take accounttbilty for not reveiwing this credit statment monthly. I have never used FUBO and i am sure with all the technology it shows I have naver logged in yet, I have been charged mthly inconsistent charges from $120-130 It has been a mess.. I was told by Fubo nothing they can do because it was subcription.. I am furious! I am working with my bank to hopefull resolve.
We wanted a new TV provider and decided to try what was billed as a '7 day free trial'. I ordered it on 3/25/25 and marked my calendar while I tried it out. We decided to go with another provider and cancelled on 4/1/25. Charges went on my credit card for $122. I called them and they explained I was a day late due to posting and I would have to pay it. I disputed the amount with my credit card company and found out not only had they charged the basic rate but other several extra services. In the fine print, there is a clause that says the free trial expired on 3/26 which gave us 24 hours of free service. When looking for documentation to show the credit card company, there is no longer a 7 day trial but now there is only a 5 day free trial. It adds that the trial period varies. Apparently that part is true. Make sure you read the fine print.
