A charge of over $100 suddenly appeared on my PayPal account for fubo. I did not sign up for this subscription at any time. In an effort to resolve it and contact someone I was told I had to sign in. I created a password signed and looked at my Account and profile and there was no information in it at all except an email which was obviously inappropriately taken for the purpose of charging me. Again I did not in anyway authorize the charge. I don't even know what fubo is don't care and would never spend 100 and some dollars on it. Also in addition it now appears that it's my responsibility to cancel the subscription After going through a bunch of nonsense giving them more information about me To end the subscription that I never signed up for..
Signed up for Fubo based on their claim that the Pro plan, at $84.99 "Includes regional NBA, NHL and MLB games" but later found out that, in order to actually watch the "regional NBA, NHL or MLB games" there would be an additional fee of $15.99 each month in addition to the basic $84.99 fee.making the monthly charge $100.98 and not $84.99 as advertised.
Fubo is a great streaming service if you're a sports fan. But it's customer support is beyond horrible. All of our TVs are the same brand (Samsung), but because of location in the house, one is connected directly to the Wi-Fi while the other is on a Firestick. The one on the Firestick performs perfectly. But on the other, which is only a few months old, we are unable to play anything we've recordednothing recorded. When you tried to play any recording, regardless of the channel the program/game/etc originally aired on, the screen would freeze and nothing would happen ... period. A Samsung remote tech support session determined the problem was not with the TV but with Fubo's service. So I contacted Fubo the only way you can, first by text chat and then by email. (You can't actually TALK to anyone.) After more than a week of dealing with countries emails, only to be asked the same questions and instructed to perform the same steps in every email - all with no resolution to the problem - I got another Firestick. Now both TVs perform flawlessly, no thanks whatever to Fubo technical support, which as it turns out is no support at all.
I’ve been a loyal FuboTV customer for over 4 years, and I’ve never been treated so poorly by a company. Without any notice or warning, my rate jumped from $87 to over $120, plus they slapped on an extra $28 for packages I NEVER activated or used — charges I’ve never seen on any previous bills.When I contacted customer service to dispute the charges and ask for a refund, they refused to take any accountability. All they kept saying was “That’s the plan,” completely ignoring the fact that I never agreed to this new pricing or the extra packages.To make matters worse, after I pushed back and decided to cancel my subscription, their response was cold and dismissive: “Your account is set to be canceled at the end of the billing period… therefore no refund is available.” So apparently, I don’t deserve a refund just because I refuse to keep paying for something I never signed up for?FuboTV has become greedy, dishonest, and downright disrespectful to longtime customers. Their prices are out of control, they charge you for things you never asked for, and their support team doesn’t care at all. This company has completely lost my trust. Stay far away.
