Access to various games

I like access to various games, especially football; however, I don't like when my favorite teams are blackout. The cost is a bit pricey.

This new feature of showing scores on…

This new feature of showing scores on the menu should have been an opt-in vs a an opt-out. It caught me by surprise and spoiled 3 games that I would have watched.In general, you charge far too much. I want to watch epl and champions league and nothing else. I have little other (legitimate) choice but to pay fubo $280 per year which is a gouge.

Took 2 months to cancel

Took 2 months to cancel. F'in crooks kept billing. Called the credit card company to stop their billing. Rep from capital one indicated a lot of complaints. Billing stopped finally, and cap one refunded the charges. Fubo are complete and total crooks!!!

False advertising

False advertising. Saw a free trial promotion. Was immediately charged $77.72. Fubo refused to agree there was a free trial. I have a screenshot showing it clearly said free trial. Fubo refused to offer anything

They have a heart if you dig and dig and dig and dig and dig....

I Strongly Dislike this company. After successfully going through cancellation and refund policies of varying online platforms I was shocked and appalled when Fubo wouldn't refund an annual subscription charge despite the fact that their service didnt work on any available device, citing "FUBO DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON PRE-PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS". While CS agents are polite, they are terrible with technical troubleshooting, general communication. and overall helpfulness. Fortunately, the sentiment about FUBO is growing, I'm guessing within 3 years they'll struggle to retain customers. Here's hoping someone does it better, Like DAZN used to.Edit: After numerous emails and hours invested, I was finally granted a refund

We had problems with fuboTV and…

We had problems with fuboTV and canceled it. Dealing with customer service was a complete nightmare and we were charged for over a month for service we could not use and could not use even before canceling. I will never use fuboTV again after this experience.

Dunno the worse provider I’ve ever had

Dunno the worse provider I’ve ever had. Slow, inconsistent and terrible programming. Worst part is when searching channels, what you’re watching is not being displayed. It’s a terrible experience and I do not recommend fubo. It’s terrible

quick resolution

quick resolution. I think fubo should allow you to change your email address yourself, but once I contacted support they changed it for me quickly
