I tried the trial but decided it was too expensive for what I wanted. A week or so later I decided to reactivate and pay for a subscription. My card was declined multiple times. I tried three other cards and other email addresses all were declined. I called and emailed multiple times and was told that no one could help and I was out of luck and could not subscribe to fubo. Unfortunately Fubo is the only streaming service that carries Cubs games so I am completely out of luck. It feels like the twilight zone, they do not want my money.
Worse customer experience ever! I accidentally signed up for free trial with a credit card. It’s the only way they let you signed up for free trial. I immediately tried to cancel it on the same day through calling and from the app option but not available. I replied to one of their promotions email to have my trial cancel ASAP. Sure enough a week later I was charged $88..and they would not refund. Wasted my time and my money. I sincerely regret to ever signed on with them..I am writing this review to make sure other people would not make the same mistake.
Don't use this service. Absolutely nothing good to watch. It's glorified cable, and don't sign up for a free trial. Even if you cancel your subscription they will charge you month after month and tell you they don't issue refunds. I finally had to get a new card cause they want $96 a month for this crap service.
The absolute worst streaming service out there. Horrific customer service, terrible program availability, fraudulent charges, just overall an absolute joke of a company. If you do anything, make sure it’s NOT signing up for this crap service.
My trial was crap I canceled 2 days before they say they never saw the request. And continued to charge me 98.98 for three months, they refused to issues a credit went on to tell me I can continue to use until the month was up ! I didn’t like the service. This is really a scam really a rip off!! My bank reversed and they’re still trying to get the money!! Scammers
I thought I cancelled my trial subscription but I was signing into an old trial account so when I saw it was already cancelled I moved on. Few days later I noticed a charge for the subscription, so I called right up and they refused to refund me the $88 saying they can only process refunds within 3 days of the trial ending. I called on day 4 and even had my situation escalated and the escalation team refused to refund me too. They didn’t even address my situation and would just keep providing me with a generic response. They also took over a week to reply to my last email only to say we still can’t refund you please see our terms. I do not recommend this service for that reason and and also I’ve been using it and it’s glitchy. The interface is not smooth at all on my Xbox.
Fubo glitches quite often during EPL games. The user experience is not as friendly as DAZN. You can’t skip forward in recorded games. You have to record a game or forget watching it later if you forget unlike DAZN. Really disappointing.
I literally canceled my free trial subscription a day before yet they charge me $123!! You guys are a scam and fraud!! it is crazy how more than one people have the same experience!!! I’ve canceled my policy since March 19. Why did they build me April 14??? I hope your business crash!
