If I could have given it no stars I would have done. Item received after weeks of waiting, poor quality and so small. Contacted the company who offered me £3 in compensation, I complained it then went up to £6, when I refused that they have totally ignored me...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 'COMPANY'
Ordered something and received various 'tracking updates over the course of many weeks that then apparently stopped in Cardiff. 2 months later I still have not received the items. Despite multiple emails back and forth I am just told that the tracking has not been updated or problem with logistics and to be patient and wait. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they just just saying wait and be patient. I have now had to go through the bank to raise a dispute.
I wish I'd done my homework first. This is a fake company that provides fake goods advertised on Instagram and tiktok and never deliver I waited 2 months fory highland cow it never arrived and the company give fake tracking that doesn't work, and refused to give a name for the courier company as well !!! *AVOID*
Waited 2 months for the weighted highland cow and when it arrived was nothing as described. Feathers are heavier than the weight advertised, was that stiff I thought it had rigor mortis. Wouldn’t say it was fury as it was more like it had been coated in glue and then dipped in a bucket of pubes.And then to top it off the cheeky t***s wanted to charge me £40 to ship it back and only give me £4 compensation 😂 Avoid at all costs.
Awful! Ordered back in September and still no delivery of my order. Tracking hasn’t been updated and all they say is “you wait for delivery” I have waited, over 5 weeks! Asked for a refund and was told NO as it’s been dispatched so need to wait! Well how long do I wait? Absolutely awful, will now have the hassle of pursuing a refund through my bank for non fulfillment of order. Don’t use, you won’t get it!! Zero stars given 😡
SCAMMERS - AVOID This company will take your money, provide fake tracking and never deliver your goods or provide you with a refund. I wish I had read the reviews before I was taken in. 4 weeks shipping to UK for them to then provide a false address as to its current location. Once pointed out the shipping miraculously got updated to show another address and I was told constantly to wait despite my request for my money back as they were obviously not legit.
If I could give no stars I would! I bought Xmas gift card wallets for Xmas presents. Instead of Merry Christmas, they say MARRY Christmas! They are not offering a full refund but offered £2, then £4 for something that is their mistake not mine! Had I seen the reputation of the company before ordering I would never have used them- disgraceful! They should not be allowed to advertise as a reputable company
I should have read these reviews before ordering. Ordered a white shawl online after seeing advert on Facebook - will I ever learn!? The one they supplied cost more than the advertised price because of postage and unspecified 'taxes'. When it eventually arrived it was cream and it had strange black marks on it. I now have to wash it and I fear the worst. I made my disappointment clear and they offered me £2 as a gesture of goodwill. As usual the cost of returning the item makes it a costly mistake. I am sticking to UK retailers in future!
