My unsatisfactory sweatshirt

I ordered a sweatshirt from them. It arrived a week or two later, and looked COMPLETELY different from what was pictured online. After 2 weeks plus of ridiculous emails from them, they told me that I would have to return the old item to them in China, and then I MIGHT get a credit for another item. The return freight would be close to the value of the shirt.Save yourself the aggravation and just tear up $ 50.00. At least you won't have to put up with their awful Customer Service (days to reply to each of my emails.) They are not customer focused.

Pure junk. Advertised as woolen, knitted. Picture shows as such. Item arrived as cheap polyester. False advertising. Company in China. Good luck on a refund. Should a investigated before buying
