Completely Disappointed with My Order

I was really looking forward to receiving my embroidered shirts featuring 3D flowers on linen, but they were NOTHING like I expected. The material was different, and the 3D flowers were just printed on the shirt—more like a long coverup. I also ordered a sleeveless dress with 3D flowers and sparkles sewn around the neck, but it was only printed as well. I am utterly DISGUSTED and ANGRY 😡. I won't be ordering again.

The products received are completely different from what was advertised. The website displays knitted items, which is also reflected in the descriptions, yet what arrived were cheap t-shirts or poorly constructed nylon sweaters that appear to be 3D printed. They do not resemble what was shown at all. I documented the discrepancies and reported it to my credit card company, which issued a full refund. After a month of back-and-forth, the support team finally replied, stating that I would have to cover the return shipping costs. If you've made a purchase, be sure to take photos and provide them to your credit card company along with the website screenshots. I ordered two knit dresses but received t-shirts that were 3D printed versions of the dresses. This situation is unbelievable. This company should be held accountable to prevent further issues for others.

Real images would enhance the shopping experience.

The service could benefit from displaying actual photos of the products. The five items I received were nothing like what was shown online; they appear very low quality. Overall, the items do not resemble the images on the platform and look unattractive.
