Review Time
I experienced confusion during the ordering process. I was offered an additional sweater, looked at it, then declined. After closing the window, my original order seemed to disappear. I'm unsure if my order went through, as there's no charge on my account, but I received this review opportunity. Can someone confirm, please?
Their advertisements show clothing that appears textured, warm, and made from various fabrics. However, the products are just patterns printed on thin polyester, lacking the promised warmth and quality. They misrepresent items that could be seen on movie sets, selling only cheap imitations.
SCAM! FRAUDULENT! HORRIFIC QUALITY! The VERY worst quality of clothing EVER!!! Not even 1-item looked even remotely close to the photos or descriptions! They are only printed, even the "edging" and very scratchy fabric, plus is very dull coloration is bad. The "sweater" is printed on, and is ridiculous! I didn't even bother to try some of (7) items on.It apparently must have gotten lost on the first try, but never was notified... I looked into the shipping, and it appeared to be resent a couple of weeks later, so it took two billing cycles to receive. Once received, and after the huge disappointments, I contacted customer service, which did reply back... and, you cannot get a prepaid return label, nor will you get the Shipping refunded after you ship it back to China. It took several times to get resolution, which I still feel was not good. The most they will refund, but you must keep the products, is 80% which totally defeats the purpose. Not even one item is wearable, and they would even not be suitable to donate... besides being hideous, they are very, very scratchy, and wrong sizing.. Lose, lose... NOT a win...
I am leaving a 4 star review based on the overall online shopping experience. I loved how they recommended items based on what item I added to my cart. I am however worried based on the reviews I have seen from others and their overall rating from the BBB (Better Business Bureau).I will update this review when I receive my order.
