If it was an option to select negative stars, this company definitely qualifies. 5 weeks before I receive a "partial" order. An item was missing; and the other backordered without any notification. They refuse to refund or cancel the missing and backordered items respectively. The delivered garments look nothing like they advertise. Eventhough under each item it specifically stated free returns, they would not issue shipping labels. This company is based overseas. They have no integrity. They make no effort to appease the customer. They hide behind broad "terms and agreement" rhetoric to perpetuate their deceptions. The quality of the garments are non-existent. POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!
My boyfriend saw two shirts he wanted and on the website they looked fantastic and a lot like sweaters.When they FINALLY arrived, they were cheap, silk screened, and small.I tried to contact support to see how to return them for a refund, but after two weeks and a couple more attempts to reach out, I have still heard nothing.The next time my boyfriend wants something, I'll search sites I know and trust.I absolutely would NOT recommend this company nor it's products to anyone.
Absolute garbage, stay away from. I ordered a khaki USA shirt and they photoshopped the hell out of it for the picture. It turned out to be bronze, not even the color that was listed - khaki. And looks nothing like what their picture is. I won't even wear this outside or as a custom on Halloween. Workmanship is garbage and the sleeves are painted on. They are also editing their own reviews only to be 5.0.
