**BEWARE** Funbibi knowingly sends inferior items not as pictured on their website. This is a VERY DISHONEST company. I had an item that was mysteriously added to my order and they refused to refund it. I contacted them within 6 minutes of the order, and they gave me the run around you see other reviews complaining about. They then told me it had been more than 24 hours, but then said they could refund me only after I told them I'd be contacting my credit card. This is completely unacceptable. The items that arrived are inferior. What they did is illegal. It is called bait and switch. They make an ingenuine offer and then send an inferior product. I should not required to pay for return shipping on a substandard product that they sent purposefully. I emailed them the day that the clothes arrived and was they responded I must take pictures to prove. You can see all the sleeves are different widths. I am an athletic build, but not huge. My arms don't fit into the blue, and they barely fit into the tan, which may rip if I flex. I will seek to be refunded through my credit card and then seek legal damages going forward.
Synthetic fabrics, not cotton and linen as proclaimed on the site for the garments I chose. So very expensive for something that doesn't even have the quality of a tracksuit. Extremely disappointed.The website should be condemned for counterfeiting and all customers refunded.
These guys are scammers. Be warned. Trash quality and no matter what their website says, they WILL NOT refund you ANYTHING. Please stay away. They should not be allowed to operate in the US or anywhere else for that matter. I am reporting them to all the agencies that have anything to do with consumer protection. The items I bought were nothing like what they depicted in the advertisements and the quality was in the gutter - pixelated graphics printed with smudges and bleeding borders. They pretended like they would look into this but after the complaint was confirmed, they started a long drawn of back and forth - "please take a 10% discount because it will cost you too much to ship the item back to china", and when I said no, the discount went up to 30% over a back and forth over 2 weeks, but absolutely would not issues a refund in USD. Even sent them screenshot of their own policy and they ignored it. These guys are bad actors, just waiting to steal your money - their whole model is based on this. Thieves and robbers with no morals or ethics. Should be banned and taken to court for stealing peoples money. I am going to the end of the world to ensure these guys are held to account. well it was not smooth , it did not want to take pay pal, it did not take the credit card info , even though a little later it took exactly the same info.I am sure the pants are way too long, no option for length so i bought them to see but i think it will be a problem
The customer service is horrible. I ordered a item and it was 3 weeks of nothing. When I emailed them regrading it. I was told that item is no longer available. The item is still to this day showing online as its in stock. When I asked why is the item still online as not sold out I was told that have to many orders coming in and they don't have time to check to see what is available or not. Meaning people are ordering stuff that they might never get. Then when I asked for a refund they stated their accounts are frozen so they cant give a refund right now, and that i have to wait or I have to wait or pick something else online.
I like the colors and styles of the clothes. I have only just placed my first order so I can't comment on the entire experience, the quality, the customer care, or the speed of delivery but the ordering process and the web presence was easy and seamless.
