After more than three months of waiting,, repeated promises, and multiple public responses with no concrete outcome, I have to ask a simple and legitimate question:
What comes after all this waiting?
There is still:
No payout
No confirmed date
No clear written explanation
How long is a client expected to wait without accountability or transparency? At what point does this become unacceptable?
I am still awaiting a clear answer, a confirmed payout date, and resolution—nothing more, nothing less.
THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR TRADERS — STAY FAR AWAY. There are people who have been waiting 5+ months for small payouts… They regurgitate the same generic Chat GPT response every time someone from their Discord attempts to follow up on a payout or an account impacted by the Project X issue on the 16th of December and time you out if you say too much on the Discord.
They have resorted to the typical insolvency strategy of ignoring their paying customers for long enough hoping they’ll forget whilst posting discount codes to gather funds.
If I could give this firm 0 stars — I would.
This trading platform has become quite disappointing. Initially, they provided good services and had nice trading platforms available. Their support team was also fairly helpful. However, they introduced a new dashboard and began a "migration" process for all accounts, which resulted in significant confusion. A large backlog of payouts has developed, and as of now, it remains unresolved. For 3 to 4 months, users have been requesting payouts, with very few being processed. This situation is so problematic that even new users are hesitant to engage with the platform. Support has been inadequate, offering only vague responses and stating that payouts are being addressed. I requested my payout in October 2025, and as of January 2026, I have yet to receive anything. Attempts to discuss this issue on their community platform have led to message deletions and users being timed out for weeks for merely stating facts about their unsatisfactory service. They promised automated and quick payouts, yet it seems like they are holding onto our funds without fulfilling any payments.
I had 4 payouts DENIED about 5 months ago for an UNJUST reason. After requesting a review, they were eventually approved. However, I am still waiting for payment after 5 months. Additionally, I requested 4 more payouts 3 months ago, which I am still waiting for. The experience has been terrible; they respond to support inquiries stating "we've escalated this issue," but no real action is taken. For 5 months, I have been asking for updates every Monday, and each time, there is no progress. I strongly advise against using this service.
