The company who I ordered with were unable to give me tracking or delivery details, I found furniture 786 contact details online and each person I spoke to went out of their way to help locate my order and confirm an exact delivery date. The most reliable delivery company! I expected much worse from the reviews however was very happy with this companies service provided.

Ordered via B&Q and the expected delivery date has now changed. I now need to change the delivery address as a result of this and am struggling to get a response. The tracking app is not working. I contacted B&Q and they noted that there is now no despatch date. Tried calling Furniture 786 and it is a giff gaff mobile number that always goes to voicemail. I am likely to cancel the order at this point however now sceptical that I will get a refund given I cannot even get the basic information needed re the order. Can anyone at Furniture786 help please?????Update 11.12.25 - After posting the 1 star review I was contacted within a few hours. The lady who called was helpful and put my mind at ease - she arranged the delivery and also helped when this needed to be amended due to a delay. Good updates on delivery leading up to the day, some of text messages were a little informal (calling me mate) and I was asked to pay £20 to the delivery driver for bringing the sofa in and taking off the plastic and carboard, none of which had been requested. I declined having shown my receipt and they left with no issues. Review has been changed to 4 stars as a result of this
AMAZING!!! Please ignore all previous negative reviews. This is a fantastic run family business and I am very appreciative of how the service was obviously anxious like you would with some reviews but they are fantastic. Ordered on 17/11/25. Delivered this morning by 2 fantastic gentleman who made it look very easy i must say. Communication the day before delivery and on the morning of delivery was great, very helpful and I have already begun telling friends and family to be ordering from here. Sofa is fantastic and delivered with multiple wraps of protection, well made and a quality product. They delivered all the way to Glasgow from Birmingham and were the most lovely people. Thank you! We love our sofa.
Purchased through Debenhams.At the point of purchase the Debenhams website quotes 5-7 days delivery, which was acceptable of course. However, the actual delivery time came in at 18 days, this included several queries and chases to the company. If this had been the quote at the point of purchase we woudl have planned around that, but 5-7 was a significant overpromiseCommunication was poor.The item itself seems to be of good quality / as advertised and at a pretty fair price.
